Manisha Nelson, Clinical Intern
About
Hello, my name is Manisha a New Brunswick native. I hold a bachelor’s degree in psychology with a minor in education from Rutgers University and I am currently in my final year of the MSW program at Seton Hall.
With over a decade of experience working with youth and in the children’s system of care, my clinical focus includes psychological and social development, family and group dynamics, trauma, and substance use. Coming from a Christian background, I can incorporate faith-based perspectives into my practice when appropriate.
My goal is to work with underserved communities once I graduate and give back to the neighborhood I grew up in. In my spare time, I enjoy cooking, baking, and spending time with my family!
